Event Space
Thank you for considering the Windsor Club as the site for your next event. Ideally located between Boston and Natick, the “Club House” is nestled on the tree lined, historic Beacon Street in Waban, one of the 13 villages in Newton, MA. Our Club House consists of a well-appointed Boardroom, a Ballroom with full stage, a professional kitchen, and Activity Center with games and candlepin bowling lanes. You do not have to be a member to rent the Ballroom or Boardroom; membership is required to rent the pool or Activity Center. Capacity for a seated dinner is 160; Capacity for a cocktail reception is 250.
We can host everything from small intimate meetings in the Boardroom to grand receptions in the Ballroom. Rental Information
Ballroom and
Board Room
The Ballroom is a 40 x 60-foot voluminous space with a neutral palate, hard wood floors, art deco lighting and exposed ceiling trusses. It is connected to a 25 x 25-foot Show Stage complete with red velvet curtains and black “back stage” curtains. A joining wrap around indoor porch (11 feet wide) with wrap around windows, surrounds the ballroom area, providing additional creative space for bars, high tops, gift tables or any additional function needs. It is heated to the same temperature as the ballroom.
Pool (member rentals only)
What better way to celebrate in the summer than have a pool party. In order to book a pool party, a Club Member must be either on the Pool Waitlist or a Full Pool Member. Non-members are not eligible to book pool parties. There is a maximum of 30 guests for all pool parties.
Activity Center
(member rentals only)
The Activity Center is a Windsor Club facility offering bowling and games (air hockey, pool, ping pong, foosball, darts, table games) open to all Club members. A member must rent the Activity Center and ensure there will be members overseeing the using the facilities at all times.
